By plane
Heraklion International Airport (HER) is 20 minutes away. Direct flights from most European cities, especially in summer. Nikos Kazantzakis Airport is one of Greece's busiest.
By taxi

By car

By bus
KTEL buses connect the airport to Heraklion city centre regularly. From there, local buses or a short taxi ride reach Agia Marina. Cheap and reliable for longer routes across Crete.
