What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, just ask, we will do our best to accommodate you depending on availability.
Is self check-in available?
Yes. Leuko has a keypad entry system, we send you the door code before your arrival. You can arrive at any time within the check-in window without needing to meet us in person, though we are always happy to welcome you personally if you prefer.
Can I book directly and save?
Yes, booking through leukosuite.com gives you our best rate with no platform commission. You also get direct communication with us from the moment you enquire, and more flexibility on dates and special arrangements.
Is Leuko suitable for families with children?
Absolutely. Leuko welcomes families warmly. We have a cot, high chair, children's cutlery, beach toys and a nightlight available, just let us know the ages of your children when you book and we will have everything ready on arrival.
Is parking available?
Yes, Leuko includes a municipality parking space at no extra cost. We recommend renting a car to explore Crete freely, Fotis can connect you with trusted local rental companies at better rates than OTA platforms.

Can you help with transfers, tours or restaurant bookings?
Yes, this is one of the advantages of booking directly with us. We can recommend trusted local taxi drivers, suggest the best restaurants for your group size and budget, and point you toward guided tours and day trips. Just ask.
